New Library Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 4:10 p.m.    

Students will be allowed into the building before school with a red pass to use the Library.  Passes are available from students' Advocacy teachers or in the Library. The pass is good for the entire school year. Students will be able to checkout or renew books, work on school assignments, or use computers to educational purposes.

Millionaire Club - Summer Reading Program

We're proud of the enterprising Panthers who participated in HISD's Summer Reading Program - the Millionaire Club. Participants read an average of 6 books per students and program participation was 8 times greater than the previous year! All participants received a T-Shirt and two students, Jacquiline Garcia and Richard Martinez received a pair of tickets to an upcoming Dynamos game

Library Policies

• Students may check out up to 2 books at a time

• Books may be checked out for 2 weeks

• Books may be renewed for 2 weeks

• Overdue fines are $.10 per day

• Overdue books must be returned and fines paid before additional books can be checked out
