BMS Volleyball Team Teachers vs. Volleyball Team The teachers defeated the BMS Volleyball Team in a friendly scrimmage game Friday, Sept. 28th, 2007 The teachers included, Ms. Nunez, Coach Ruiz, Ms. Sheils, Ms. Baptiste, Ms. Egan, Mr. Ramey, Sgt. Collier, Mr. Stinson and Mr. Schmidt. Everyone had a lot of fun & laughed, a lot! The teachers got an early lead on the volleyball team.  The girls put up a good fight but, in the end, lost to our more mature teachers' team. The teams played two games in which the teachers were victorious with scores of  25 - 18 & 25 - 8. BMS VOLLEYBALL Black vs. Fonville In the first game, Priscilla Gandara started with a beautiful serve.  Black took the lead by 3 points.  Fonville started to score and crept up to our girls.  Nataly Merlos hit a powerful ball to keep BMS ahead by 2 points.  Both teams were neck & neck throughout the first game.  Fonville scored the winning point in the first game for a score of 25 - 23. Our girls were determined to win the second game.  As fans cheered & applauded, Yolanda Reyes dove for the ball and gained 3 points. Unfortunately, Fonville made an incredible but sad win.  The final score was 25 - 3.
